Is anyone else fan of the Hunts? I seem to have become obsessed with them recently. Everything I see reminds me of their songs.

The Hunts have the most beautiful pieces. I can never listen to them enough. I've had their album 'We Were Young' on repeat for the past few days and still I want to hear more.

For those who don't know, the Hunts are a family of singer and musicians who write and play the most beautiful songs.

I first heard about them from my amazing friend, Kat. She has all the best music choices. She should start a music blog.

The scaredy-cat is doing NaNoWriMo this year: how will this go?

This year I'm proud to announce that I have finally gotten up my courage to participate in NaNoWriMo.

I've been thinking about it for a few years, but whenever NaNoWriMo time comes around I always loose nerve and decide 'next year'. But this year, I've decided to take a leap and do it.

It's not like I don't want to do NaNo, but I'm seriously afraid of loosing. I'm a terrible looser. It's bad of me, I know, but I can't help it.

This year, I've done some reading of other peoples' NaNo experiences, I've decided that it is too awesome to not do because of a little bit of a challenge.

In fact, I reckon this will be good for me. I love writing, but sometimes I lack the drive to do it. This challenge should help me get going with it.

My next posts might be about a lot writing prep and thoughts. I want to make sure I'm prepared for this. I've left it very late and I have no idea what I'm writing about.

Hopefully I can come up with some kind of novel plan before NaNo starts. If not, who cares? I will make something up on the spot, hehehe!

The Graphic Design-Odd-Writer with Much to Much to Say

Hi! What to say about myself, I'm at a loss. Intros aren't the easiest things to write. I guess I should tell you a little bit about what I enjoy and plan for this blog. That sounds hopeful.

Ever since I was little, I've had a thing for writing. At first it was princesses, then pirates and at this moment I'm obsessed with spies. I seem to have themes!

I've always been an odd person. From my habit of taking my camera everywhere with me to singing along to my music (no matter where I am). I don't really mind being different. I think there's a really famous quote about why it's better to be different than everyone else, but I can't remember it at the moment. Any ideas what it was?

Anyway, I seem to be a little bit crazy about graphic design. I spend a lot of my time making up blog designs on my private play-around blog. I designed this blog design, what do you think? I seem to have problems with headers, but I'm pretty proud of this one.

I'm an introvert. I don't get out much. I would much rather stay home and write alone on my computer.

So, onto my blog! I'm hoping to post tutorials, maybe some blog designing ones; bits of writing, videos of just about anything and plenty of random stuff. With me doing random stuff!
